Our Vision
To empower women from various walks of life to set the standard for their lives by challenging them to LIVE and not merely exist, to Move -get active and involved-, and to Be everything they were created to BE!
Our Mission
To impact the community by giving women the tools they need to LIVE, MOVE, and BE via quarterly empowerment sessions (physically and electronically via social media and other platforms), a mentoring program, wellness retreats, random acts of kindness days (the 11th of every month) and various other endeavors.
